Beacon Bingo turns house into a holiday for Christmas winner

Beacon Bingo in Margate turned a shout of “house” into a holiday over Christmas by giving away its fifth all-inclusive luxury holiday to the Dominican Republic.

The lucky winner was Tina Crawley, who won when she was the first to call ‘house’ during the December play-off game. Margate local Tina, who has been visiting the venue four times a week since joining in 2015, won the fifth of six holidays being given away by Beacon Bingo.

Tina said: “I can’t believe something like this could ever happen to me! I’m very excited, especially as this will be my first holiday in over 10 years thanks to recent surgery that helped me walk unaided once again. Myself and my longtime friend, Lorna are now counting down the days until our dream holiday thanks to Beacon Bingo Margate.”

To be in with a chance of winning the final holiday, which is worth an astonishing £5,000, customers should take part in the holiday bingo session that will be played at the Marine Terrace venue in Margate in February.

Each winner and their holiday companion will enjoy free flights and transfers to the all-inclusive hotel as well as some extra surprises yet to be revealed. The holidays will take place in May 2019.

Graeme Corner, general manager of Beacon Bingo, said: “We are absolutely delighted for Tina. She’s a well-known and much loved member here at Beacon Bingo Margate, and if anyone deserved to win one of these holidays it was her.”

“All our winners have to do is make sure their passport is valid and turn up on the morning of departure, everything else will be taken care of. We’re going to be known as the bingo club that gave its customers an all-inclusive holiday to the Dominican Republic. This just shows, if you want the most exciting Bingo experience in Margate, Beacon Bingo is the place to come!”

The final holiday play-off date is on Sunday 10th February, 2019. For more details ring the club on 01843 297308.
